Theatre groups and dance crews can use our indoor and outdoor spaces for rehearsal, free of charge, on a booking basis.
Rehearsal space is the single most expensive thing for a young performance group. Studios charge by the hour, and most can't afford them. We open our halls and gardens on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings for any registered youth group to rehearse free of charge. Groups apply once, then book sessions as needed. The only condition is that the space gets used — we'd rather it be busy than perfect.
